Shipping within Australia

Ground Sourced is delivered by Australia Post or carbon neutral service Sendle, with a flat shipping rate of $10 on orders under $150. Free shipping on orders over $150 (use code FREEOVER150 on checkout). We will do our absolute best to deliver Ground Sourced products to you speedily. All orders will fulfilled & dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, or on the next business day. Allow around 3-5 days for delivery for domestic destinations (Australia).

Delivery time frames are provided as a guide only. Once the order has been placed in the hands of the postal service we can no longer control the speed in which your item will move at, and the ETA of the order is governed by this service.

We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

Pick up

We currently offer pickup from Ground New Farm, Shop 5, 75 Welsby St, New Farm, Queensland, 4005. Hours Monday 6am - 11am, Tuesday to Saturday 6am - 1.30pm, Sunday 7am - 1.30pm

Reshipping

If your order requires reshipping and the fault lays with the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the item. If the fault lays with the Ground Sourced product we will cover the costs for reshipping.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery due to Australian hygiene & safety standards.
